- The property is accessible only during scheduled business hours.
- Accessible areas include the side gate, garage, laundry room, and guest bathroom. All other areas of the home are private.
- Please park in the driveway.
If you arrive early, you are welcome to wait in the designated seating area near the studio entrance. Entry is permitted a few minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.
No-Show & Last-Minute Cancellation Policy
To respect scheduled appointment time and ensure availability for all clients, the following policy applies:
- Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled appointment fee.
- Appointments canceled within one hour of the scheduled start time, as well as no-shows, will be charged 100% of the appointment fee.
- Fees will be charged to the card on file, or you may pay electronically.
*This policy applies regardless of reason, including illness, scheduling conflicts, or unforeseen circumstances.
*Clients who arrive late to their appointment will be charged to the time they reserved.
*Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule.
Thank you for understanding and respecting this policy, which allows us to maintain a consistent and professional schedule.
Studio Environment
No additional guests are permitted in the studio unless accompanying a minor receiving treatment.
Electrolysis appointments are one-on-one. If multiple clients arrive together, only the client receiving treatment may be present in the studio. Others are asked to wait outside the treatment space.
While every effort is made to maintain a peaceful environment, occasional household sounds (such as doors closing or children elsewhere in the home) may be heard, as this is a home-based practice.

Service Scope & Boundaries
At this time, services are limited to the treatment areas and client populations listed on this site. Appointments outside of this scope are not offered.
*If you have questions about service availability, please contact us prior to booking. Both the client and Chava Shinault reserve the right to discontinue services at any time if the professional relationship is not a good fit.
