Electrolysis services at Juicy
Roots Electrolysis are provided using evidence-based techniques and are charged by time. Appointment length varies based on individual factors such as the area being treated, hair density, growth patterns, and tolerance level. During your consultation, we will discuss your goals and create a treatment plan tailored specifically to you.

Electrolysis is a progressive treatment process. As treatment continues, hair growth typically becomes finer and slower, and appointments often become shorter and less frequent over time.

Permanent hair removal requires consistency and patience. When treatment is complete, results are permanent. Electrolysis is an investment with long-term value.

Treatment Planning

For many clients, 60–90 minute sessions allow for more thorough clearings and can support more efficient progress, particularly in the early stages of treatment. Session length is always discussed and tailored to comfort, goals, and tolerance.

First Appointment & Consultation

Your first visit includes a consultation and treatment time. This allows us to review your health history, hair concerns, goals, and create a safe, effective treatment plan.

Packages are best suited for clients committed to regular treatment and long-term results. Package time may be used across multiple sessions and treatment areas unless otherwise noted.

4-Hour Package – $460

(Save $40) *valid for 6 months after purchase

8-Hour Package – $900

(Save $100) *valid for 12 months after purchase

Packages are designed to support consistency while offering modest savings. Details and eligibility will be reviewed during your consultation.

Day Off Appointment Add-on

Appointments scheduled on my day off are available for sessions of 60 minutes or longer and include a $50 convenience fee.

Bikini & Gender Affirming Services:

Juicy Roots offers bikini electrolysis , including gender affirming pre-operative care, on a limited availability basis. All bikini services are limited areas that are ergonomically safe, comfortably accessible, and within the practitioner’s scope of practice. To maintain practitioner wellness and treatment quality, bikini and gender – affirming bikini services are limited to capacity. Availability is subject to change. Clients preparing for surgery are encouraged to inquire inadvance. Thank you for respecting these professional boundaries which allow Juicy Roots to provide focused, safe, and high quality care.

Bikini Service Surcharge:

Due to the physical demands, positioning requirements , and increased treatment complexity, a $15 bikini-area surcharge applies. Clients must be able to comfortably adjust positioning as needed to allow for safe, thorough treatment. This fee is applied per session and is not included in time-based or prepaid packages.

Insurance & Reimbursement:

Juicy Roots Electrolysis and Skin Care does not accept or bill insurance directly. Upon request, a superbill can be provided for clients who wish to submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement through their insurance provider. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and is determined solely by the individual insurance plan.

Payments & Booking:

We accept cash, checks credit cards, Zelle, Apple Pay, and Venmo. A card is required to be kept on file to secure your appointment. Clients are responsible for full payment at the time of service.

Treatment Table Capacity:

For safety reasons, our treatment table has a maximum weight capacity of 300 lbs. This allows treatments to be performed safely and comfortably for both the client and practitioner. If you have questions about accessibility or accommodations, please feel free to contact us prior to booking.
